I am a contractor, and we need to keep our crews busy year-round. We hear the same complaints "rants" here in Cape May, mostly from the east side of Pittsburgh Ave. and definitely when we work on the "entitled" 7-Mile Island. It is funny though; we never heard a complaint when they were having their mansions built.
