I live in an original 3-bedroom rancher that the local realtors would love to get their hands on.........never happen! We have a driveway that can handle 6 vehicles. The issue is when a home like mine is sold, a McMansion replaces it and so goes the parking issue. Code enforcement is to blame for the parking issue. When the footprint is modified, allowances should be made for off-street parking. Too late now, isn't it.
