Re: The Cape May comment on the "born and raised here" folks that find it near impossible to live here because of the 2nd homeowners and the rising real estate prices. It isn't just Cape May, it is everywhere. Lower and Middle Township is the same way. My comment isn't meant for everyone, but the "local" mentality of working seasonal jobs and collecting unemployment in the off-season doesn't work anymore and it is those that are doing most of the complaining. The area is changing and changing for the better. Perhaps a move north is the way to go for the complainers.
