Re: The Avalon comment on beach tag fees and do the towns make money on them after hiring taggers, beach cleaning expenses, etc. As mentioned here before, the City of Cape May was challenged by homeowners and visitors as to where the beach tag fees were going and then magically a new beach patrol headquarters was built along with new wave runners and new lifeboats. It's just another "tax" and it is a disgrace!
