Cape May Point - Taking a nice nap on the beach in Cape May State Park but all of a sudden two dogs come up and start licking me. They’re running loose no leashes and the people clearly see the signs no dogs. This is getting out of control when I told the lady no dogs on the beach, she told me to mind my own business. These entitled people need to go. Then the dog continues to go to the bathroom by the water. Nobody intends to clean it up. Where are the people that should be trolling this beach?
