Cape May has serious parking problems. I know people who rode through the beach front and mall area 2 or 3 times in the summer,, then left Cape May because there was no where to park near the mall. So why does city council designate 3 parking areas for golf carts in front of convention hall? Where else in town are there golf cart parking spaces? Not enough room for cars but special spaces for golf carts???? Makes no sense.
