Cape Island Towns are trying to comply with the dark skys program. But several establishments are now lit up like Prison Yards. The lights are so intense you have to shade your eyes. The light is invading our enjoyment of the stars and beach at night. The Prison lights are in the middle of a bird refuge and State Fish and Wildlife area thus disrupting bird migration and nesting. Dark Sky lighting must be demanded by the State.
