Cape May / Pittsburgh, Pa. - Has the Deputy Mayer of Cape May really studied the surf zone issues. I injured my shoulder and can not thank the lifeguards who assisted me enough. When I returned to the beach I asked what I could do to help correct the bathing conditions. A letter to council and the beach commissioners will follow upon my return from vacation.
