Philadelphia's Channel 10 News announced there was a shooting during the Eagles parade today. Honestly, does it really surprise anyone that this happened. Former NFL player and now football commentator, Howie Long stated, "Football is a violent game, played by violent people". Judging from the violent reputation of many of the Eagles fans, he is spot on with his comment. My own opinion, "Too many people in one place is not a good thing, especially today". And this violent act proves it.
