Cape May / Philadelphia - As a seasonal resident and taxpayer, I am quite surprised to find out that Cape May school has not yet started the pool project. You are not doing the youth or community justice by prolonging this project. And to see that the dog park took precedence over the school/student playground is a little irrational. Glad to see that the city and the school board have their priorities in place.
