Cape May / Philadelphia - I heard Chicago is "all hands on deck" and going to crack down on gun violence. What a joke. Maybe if they cracked down on "crack and drugs" along with gangs and thugs, they just might cut the violence way down. The Democrat-led Chicago has been a complete mess for 100 years. Sadly, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington are all catching up. Doesn't this tell you something about the "culture" and the communities?
