Over the years, I have read several similar spouts concerning keeping right while driving. Maybe some folks don't read them, or maybe they are misinformed and disagree. However, when driving on the highway, the left lane is for vehicles who are passing. Don't ride in the left lane. If you are in the left lane and you notice a car right behind you, maybe even tailgating you, move into the right lane. It is not your problem how fast the other driver should, or is driving. Keep right except to pass.
