Oh no!! The horror of people getting parking tickets in Stone Harbor because they don't have an I-phone for the App. to pay for the meter. It's really hard for me to believe that someone in the "Island of Milk and Honey" doesn't own an I-phone. Same old same old complaining on the 7-Mile Island. It never ends.
