Nice to see tree lined streets instead of trash can lined streets now that the rental season is over. Many of the investment property owners simply place their trash cans out on a weekend and then birds attack the trash and debris are picked up later in the week. They should be responsible for clean up on the street, maybe the Code Enforcement officer can take over this.
