My son goes to Stockton, lives off campus & with coming back home due to cancelled classes, is still held responsible for his rent thru the summer but will not be there. Another form of gouging in this already bad economy. Can’t the landlords be forced to do something & only charge students partial rent due to the fact of having to vacate?
