For the month of August, Baltimore has witnessed 39 homicides. With the 'Black Lives Matter' movement, police are backing off on their patrols, fearing repercussions from black leaders when making arrests. Philadelphia and Camden police are following suit as well, and who can blame them? This "movement" is not helping the good people in these cities. Where are the black leaders; Sharpton, Jackson, Holder and Obama?
