As a member of the beach safety committee, I am shocked the city’s liaison did not present the new resolution 252 to ANY present member for input. Trying to slide the new rules and policy is a disgrace! Placing new members without proper application is wrong. Everything is revealed in resolution 252 that indicates power to the council.
