After reading about the "resident parking only" signs, I was not

Cape May / Lewes - After reading about the "resident parking only" signs, I was not sure what they were talking about until I thought I found a good spot to park on Jackson St. Someone came out of a residence and said 'this spot is for us, because we live here.' So, I vacated the spot and figured I'd park a distance from the center of town. Unbelievable; the same signs are everywhere, even where there is an abundance of free parking. This is a big turnoff for myself and my family, and we won't be returning!
