Last week, 217 Americans were killed by handguns, including 49 children and teens (about an average week), and 129 people were killed in Paris. Given the fear mongering by the conservatives over the terrorists and Syrian refugees (escaping the terrorists by the way), where is the outrage and fear mongering about the 217 slaughtered Americans? Right, death by handgun in America is OK for Republicans. And one has to assume those who pulled the triggers were largely Christians? And Republicans only want to let Christian refugees into the U.S.? Think about that.
Moderator's Note: In 1994, there were 23,326 murders in the United States; by 2013, that number had fallen to 14,196, an incredible 39-percent decline.
