With the lack of parking in Cape May the city should encourage the use of the lot by City Hall on weekends and after work hours. But no, the city has decided to ticket the few cars parked in an almost empty lot. The parking for city business sign is very easy to miss when entering the lot from Washington Street and there is nothing to indicate no parking when you enter next to the library. Better signage is needed. Why not make the lot a pay lot on weekends and after business hours. More revenue for the city. Parkmobile could be used for the after hours parking fee collection.
