Just saw another Bollard has fallen at the cove in Cape May. As previously reported the city has created a possible serious situation. Redesign promptly before a ‘’STRIKE’’ knocks down all bollards or causes a major injury. Beach Patrol vehicles need good access in not only emergencies or daily normal entering the beach. Beach service vehicles also need safe entrance.
