I've recently been making improvements (that require a permit from the city) to my property. There is a lady who works in the construction office where you have to obtain a permit. When I have a question, this lady either cannot give you an answer to your question or gives you the "run around" because she can't help you. Her attitude is terrible and she is not very friendly or professional! I've talked with several neighbors who have run into the same issues with her. How is it she still has a job? Maybe it's time to re-evaluate this individual.
