It seems that Cape May Council wants complete control to do as they please. Any existing committee is apparently under the mayor's control and does exactly as directed by the Mayors hand picked liaison. Councilman Meier knows the value of intelligent citizens contributing in a positive manner to aid the city as evident of his voting against dismantling.
