It is really sad that the Arch and Desal Projects got stuffed down the throats of the public. No opportunity to finish presenting any opposition to the Mayor. Both of these huge projects have financial obligations and the city does not want to make complete explanations. Do the City Council Members even count or care to state their positions or require complete disclosure?
