Cape May installs new cameras at every intersection of the Promenade . Yet, for the second year in a row they have failed to repair or replace one of the most import safety features for the Cape May Beach Patrol. This past summer due to lack of an operational system we had far too many incidents where a Public Address System would have assisted in emergency incidents . This must be a priority before next season.
