I'm confused. Did Mayor-Elect Mullock have a problem with the process of appointing a new chief, or who was appointed chief? What a way to start a new position! The City Manager promoted the best candidate for the job. Mr. Future Mayor should read through the Faulkner Act and the Rules of Regulations of the city before he takes his oath again. It might save the city some money in the future.
