If Cape May is going to allow parking on the beach, they should allow LSV's on the Promenade. Sounds silly doesn't it. There is plenty of free parking east of Madison Ave., but people are too lazy to walk a few blocks to the mall, etc. Yes, it's the "all about me" "self-centered" individuals that we "locals" have to deal with during the tourist season.
