I would like to see a bicycle license issued be the cities renting bikes. This seasonal licensing bought at the time of rental, the cost maybe 5.00 and also a 10 to 15 minute video on the rules of bike riding on the street of the issuing cities. $3.00 goes to the city and $2.00 goes to the bike renter. Same with the cart rentals and scooters but more money. I am tired of dodging these people on bikes. Oh everyone should have a helmet. Thanks
