I was walking the Cape May mall recently and thought they could have spruced it up better for the holidays. I asked a store owner about the poor decorations and how plants in the summer were not as nice as they used to be. The store owner told me that all the store owners pay hundreds of dollars for the beautification of the mall, and not much is done. I was surprised that the mall owners all had to chip in, and even more surprised at how little has been done the past few years.
