As I was driving on a one-way street in Cape May, I almost had a head-on collision with a bike rider going the opposite way. Can bike riders go the opposite way on one-way streets? Police really need to crack down and make them follow the law. When I was parked at a light, four bike riders went through the light while bike police were on the corner, laughing it up with girls.
