I think that it is a bit obnoxious for restaurants, hotels etc. have very loud music. If I wanted to hear it I would go and listen. So besides, landscapers, construction and now music blocks away...I am not trying to be a party pooper, but you can literally here music from restaurants blocks away and that's not fair. And I agree with the spouter about the smoking of marijuana and needing to close windows so it doesn't intrude your personal space. I'll leave my lights on then!!!
