I find it down right disgusting that the City of CM and CM City Elementary are complaining about phase 4 when Phase One has been a complete mess. The trees are dead, no shade, Not ADA compliant, etc... Now, they take off the the entrance of the park/ playground...Get your act together. Taxpayers are MIFFED!!!
