I encourage the city of Cape May commissioners use the public bathroom at the Washington Str mall area. You will get in your car and never come back to Cape May! I used Saturday at 4:30 and it reminded me of a state fair when I looked into a pig stye. Filthy toilets, toilet paper all over the floors and the putrid foul smell was enough to gag a maggot. Are you kidding me? Paying $400 a night for a hotel and $150 for a meal on the mall and no clean bathrooms?
