I don't understand all this talk about affordable housing. I spent decades working at a store I built. Late nights loading my wares. Even later nites to organize and cataloging and lastly even later nites to do taxes so everything is on the up and up. I paid a reasonably small fortune for my Cape May home after being assured that Cape May was a small town pleasantly adverse to change. Now after going thru hell to get here I am informed that we need by law affordable housing! Shoulda stayed in Mayfair...
