I couldn’t agree more with the Erma spouter complaining about the unruly unleashed dogs running about at Cox Hall Creek. I was fishing there one morning last week when a large tan unleashed dog came charging up to me, slobbered all over my arm and tried to grab my sandwich out of my hand. Attempts by the owner to call it back were useless. I like dogs but this is a little scary. Some people would probably take offense to this. I fish there often and it is always the same unruly ones off leash. Obey the signs and obey the law.
