I am so sick and tired of Cape May bending rules for people with dogs. Why do dogs have to be everywhere? I love dogs but goodness, do they need to be allowed (even when not allowed) to be everywhere. No Dogs on the Mall, No Dogs on the nature trail. Heck, they are now bringing dogs to the Kiwanis Park to do their business. Someone needs to enforce these things. You dog owners or visitors don't run the show.
