I admit when I am wrong, I incorrectly stated the judge who overturned Harvey Weinstein's rape case was appointed by President Obama when I meant Governor Cuomo. Either way it's a statistical fact judges and DA's appointed by Democrats only feel Republicans can serious commit crimes. Weinstein had a fair trial, the evidence was overwhelming. Yet his conviction was overturned on a "technically". While I believe in the US Justice system, there are times where the scales of justice are tipped too far in favor the accused. Victims deserve justice too, but they often don't get it.
