Hurricane Lee should teach us a valuable lesson. DO NOT DELAY constructing the elevated wall at the corner of Beach & Wilmington Aves. The ocean breached the dunes sending water down Beach Ave. This is the very dangerous location and after 10 years of the project being approved the City Council should stand in unison and say loud and clear to the Army Corps of Engineers and the City Mayor; BUILD IT NOW BEFORE A REAL STORM causes real damage.
