How come objective groups like AARP and Wounded Warroir Project have been complaining for years that the Social Security Administration and The VET were already far understaffed to service the minimum needs of the Patients but Herald Spouters are defending DOCE's layoffs in those Departments as being Bloated and won't hurt service to Retirees and Veterans? Please explain?!
