How can Cape May MTRAC enforce new fees? Everyone is looking to park? If someone going to the beach puts in a full meter time at the Washington Street Mall, how do you ask the WSM merchants to pay?. They are public meters. I can park and not go in the mall. You have spots that you are charging. You should not be charging the restaurants for those spots as no one is going into their restaurants. Maybe charge restaurants for certain spots "Parking Only for etc".
