Cape May / Havertown - I brought my mother into Cape May to attend church. She has a bladder problem. When we walk out to go back to the parking lot she needs to stop and relieve herself before the drive home. Twice in two weeks the handicap stall had a woman laying on the floor. Recently, she refused to exit the stall and mom had an embarrassing moment because of this woman. Why is she allowed to sit in the bathroom? The horse people told me it happens all the time, and the city does nothing. Why don't more people speak up? Or is it just being ignored?
