Has anyone noticed that New Jersey vehicle registration renewals now charge a "convenience fee" to register online versus mailing it in? Who are they kidding, it's cheaper for them for online registrations, no manual mail receipts and processing and no check deposits. I've lived in several states, and this is the most backward system of vehicle registration I've ever seen.
