The Franklin Street School building is an eyesore and a disgrace to our beautiful town. The entrance door has a chain link fence blocking it; there are no signs to let people know where to enter; the back door, used as an entrance, has no windows; there's no sign letting people know that this is the entrance; and there's peeling paint and trash all around. The inside has walls with peeling paint and windows blocked with wood paneling.
