This "flooded backyard" is what happens when a community is overbuilt with "Mega Homes" in Cape May. When our home was built in the 60's, our parents were smart enough to have the grade on our lot elevated. Today, with overbuilding and property variances, Cape May floods with even the slightest rain events. Our home is an original three-bedroom rancher. We live here year-round. The "monster homes" are barely occupied most of the time. Unbelievable.
