Everytime we read about Cape May City opening it talks about the need to have extended outside eating on streets proposed to be closed, sidewalks, lawns and offer food and alcohol Take Out. Open containers of alcohol consumed on public streets, beaches, cars is illegal and an invitation to uncontrollable discipline problems, trash and accidents. Is this the Historic Cape May we envision? Speak-Up America
