Don't people read that Jersey roads and, especially bridges, are old, deteriorating and structurally unsafe, and yet no one comes up with a way to pay to fix them? What are some suggestions, since doing nothing is not an option? Gas is the lowest in years, and a small increase is not going to bankrupt anybody.
