Does anyone know if the company that worked on the solar panels in Sandman School shut off power, causing major damage and a burst pipe? Apparently nobody came in to check the school over the holidays and nobody knows how long it was broken. Who is to blame for this? This could have been burst for many days for this much damage. Someone needs to keep a better eye on schools when long holidays are taken.
