Does anyone in Cape May know if the group who received money from the city to save the movie theater on Beach Ave. ever paid it back?
Moderator's Note: According to Cape May City Manager Bruce MacLeod, with a payment in Sept., the loan is now 86 percent paid back. Given the structure of the loan, with specific individuals signing for portions of it, a few specific people have not yet paid their amounts.
