Deputy Mayor Baldwin was openly castigated by City Manager Voll for her alleged comments his continued employment would not happen based on his being responsible for lawsuits against the City. She denied making the claims, but after the meeting a confrontation outside ensued and Baldwin was called out by members of the public.
