Cape May / Dennis Township - I hope the Herald stays on top of the Cape May comp. time legal fiasco. One resident is on public record that the "City of Cape May has turned into a political ATM machine." Special council attorneys are being paid $150 per hour with no caps on total expenses. It is now happening in Cape May, and this type of political shenanigans can happen in any municipality. Where I live in Dennis Township, "party politics" and political appointments are the norm here. Citizens need to be paying attention everywhere to what actions and non-actions their elected officials take with taxpayer funds.
